Please find attached Urgent Actions on behalf of Andrés Carrión Alvarez who was detained for shouting "freedom" before a mass said by the Pope on 28 March in the city of Santiago de Cuba, and for 43 government critics who were detained in several locations in Santiago de Cuba province on 2 April, the majority members of the Unión Patriótica de Cuba.
Any action/diffusion greatly appreciated.
